  • El servicio es previo pago, lo que quiere decir que si no ha efectuado previamente el pago el servicio no va a poder realizarse correctamente.
  • Si desea realizar una cancelación o devolución del servicio tendrá que hacerlo en un plazo de 5 días antes del inicio de dicho servicio.
  • Si sufre algún tipo de lesión tendrá que comunicarlo con la empresa, para poder ayudarle de la forma mas rápida posible, se podrá hacer la devolución del 50% del valor de las etapas restantes.
  • Tenga cuidado al introducir líquidos dentro de su equipaje cuando vaya a ser transportado, podrían abrirse incluso romperse, y la empresa no se hará cargo. De ser así deberá comunicarlo previamente.
  • No transporte ningún tipo de aparato tecnológico ya que podría ser dañado en su transporte.
  • Si desea hacer uso del servicio y quiere enviar una maleta, no debe de superar los 15kg de peso, de ser mas pesado podría llegar a sufrir algún tipo de daño en su transporte debido al peso elevado y la dificultad de su manipulación.
