Our service is very simple: we pick up your luggage at your current accommodation around 9 in the morning and transport it to your next destination. You just have to leave it at the reception of the accommodation and make sure it is well labeled with your information. You can walk light and find your luggage waiting for you at the end of the stage.

We work with over 400 accommodations on the Camino de Santiago, including hotels, hostals, guesthouses, hostels, and some private accommodations. It is important that the accommodation has a reception or a delivery point where we can pick up and drop off the luggage. When making your reservation, you can select from the accommodations available in our database; if you don't find yours, contact our customer service.

The price corresponds to a weight of 10kg per piece, which is equivalent to a typical pilgrim's backpack or an airplane cabin suitcase, thus ensuring the safety of your luggage and maintaining the efficiency of the service. If your luggage approaches 20kg, there will be an additional cost. All suitcases must be properly closed and in good condition.

Yes, you can make changes to your booking up to 48 hours before the scheduled date for the service. These changes may include modifications to the dates, accommodations, or number of pieces of luggage. Changes are subject to availability and could generate additional costs depending on the nature of the change. To request a change, contact our customer service.
